Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2, 2026
ChatParse AI helps you upload, search, understand, and continue your exported AI conversations. Your conversation export can contain sensitive personal, business, or private information, so we treat it as private vault data.
What we collect
- Your account email and vault login details.
- Payment status and limited receipt details from Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Uploaded conversation exports and derived search/index data needed to provide the service.
- Basic technical data such as request timing, rate-limit state, and upload job status.
How your data is used
- To create your searchable conversation library.
- To show conversation summaries, context packages, categories, and stats.
- To process paid imports and prevent abuse.
- To improve reliability and diagnose errors.
Storage and deletion
Conversation data is stored in secured server storage, Neon Postgres, and Cloudflare R2. You can delete individual imports or delete your account and imported data from the app.
Security
ChatParse uses HTTPS, vault authentication, optional authenticator-app 2FA, rate limiting, restricted data access checks, and private storage paths.
